Structure

Environmental Impact Assessment Division: the main tasks are related to organisation and implementation of the environmental impact assessment procedure.

Environmental Information and Communication Division: establishes and maintains EIA information database and ensures public consultations during the environmental impact assessment procedure.

Pollution Assessment and Integrated Permitting Division: revises complains concerning issuing of permits and permit conditions, consults Regional Environmental Boards and businesses, establishes and maintains the best available techniques data base as well as the register of the issued integrated permits.

Industrial Accidents Risk Assessment Division is responsible for evaluation of the risk of industrial accidents and for relevant risk reduction measures.
